If you discover a fault with the article(s) you have received, please email us right away at email@example.com with images of the defect. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Should you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 14 days from receiving your order. All purchases can only be returned for store credit unless your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not issue refunds for the following:
- Orders in which addresses are inputted incorrectly by the customer
- Orders in which engraving information is inputted incorrectly by the customer
- Products that are worn, washed, marked or damaged in any way
Customers are responsible for all fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Once we receive your parcel, we will contact you as soon as it is assessed. Store credit will only be issued once we confirm the eligibility of your return parcel.
