As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your promotional inbox or spam folder! If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co.

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be engraved and shipped out.

If you need to make changes to you order, please email us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co immediately after the order is placed. We will only be able to allow customers to cancel/edit orders if they reach out within 30 minutes of their purchase. After 30 minutes, your order will be processed through our system and we will not be able to make changes to the order for you. Thank you for your understanding!

Please contact hello@sniffandbark.com.co immediately within 30 minutes of your purchase should you wish to cancel your order. We will not be able to cancel orders once they have been processed and engraved. When we confirm your cancellation requests, the refund will be made in your original purchase method.

You should receive your shipping confirmation email after your parcel is processed and shipped out. If you did not receive your confirmation, please make sure to also check your promotions or spam folder. If you are still unable to find it, please email us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co and our team can resend it for you.

Please make sure you submit the correct shipping address as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been shipped. We recommend contacting your local postal facility and see if they can redirect your mails and parcels for you.

You can track your order here or at the bottom of our website where it says "Track Your Order". Your tracking code will be in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking info will generate a few days after an item has been shipped. 

Yes! We ship worldwide and we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD. We want to include pups from all over the world ;)

Since we offer worldwide shipping, delivery time can vary depending on the country you order from. For most countries, parcels should arrive within 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays), but can take a little longer for other countries. Please note that orders may be delayed still due to service disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

There is normally no import tax or customs charge. However, in some rare cases where orders are being charged, customers are responsible for any import tax or customs charge incurred.
