Shipping

We ship worldwide & offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time to the US is between 5 to 8 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Orders outside the US can take up to 20 business days.

As soon as your order ships, tracking information will be automatically sent to your email or phone number (whichever you provided during checkout).

To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Please contact us, this is very important to us! Our goal is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied.

If you do not get your package, we will open an investigation with our Shipping Carriers as to why you have not received that package.

We offer FREE international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds & Returns

We accept any cancelations or refunds within 24-hours upon purchase. However, any cancellations and refunds are subject to a $5 USD penalty cost.

Our pods connect to ANY device that has BlueTooth. This means that any Smart Phone (Apple, iOS, or Android), Tablet, Computer, Car System, or Smart TV will work with the Noir budz.

All Noir budz come with a Lightning Cable in the box that can be plugged into the Phantom Pods case to charge. Our earpods also feature wireless charging that allows you to simply place the pods on a wireless charging pad.
