Can I get something custom-made?
Unfortunately we are unable to fulfill special order requests as all the products are sold as shown on our website.

Can cats wear Sniff & Bark collars?
Our collars are specifically made for dogs since they are made with metal buckles to ensure durability and security for dogs when used together with a leash. Many cats can still fit into our smaller collars but please note that the collars are non-breakaway and some cat owners may find our collars heavier than conventional cat collars.

What are the cleaning instructions?
To clean your Sniff & Bark products, we generally recommend hand washing them with cold water and gentler detergent or soap. You can also spot clean if necessary.

Can the flower and bow tie attachments be purchased separately?
Unfortunately, our flowers and bow ties are sold together with their matching collar. They can not be purchased as separate attachments.

When will I receive my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your promotional inbox or spam folder! If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co

When will I receive my shipping confirmation?
You should receive your shipping confirmation email after your parcel is processed and shipped out. If you did not receive your confirmation, please make sure to also check your promotions or spam folder. If you are still unable to find it, please email us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co and our team can resend it for you.

How long does it take to process my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared, engraved and shipped out.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to you order, please email us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co immediately after the order is placed. We will only be able to allow customers to cancel/edit orders if they reach out within 30 minutes of their purchase. After 30 minutes, your order will be processed through our system and we will not be able to make changes to the order for you. Thank you for your understanding!

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact hello@sniffandbark.com.co immediately within 30 minutes of your purchase should you wish to cancel your order. We will not be able to cancel orders once they have been processed and engraved. When we confirm your cancellation requests, the refund will be made in your original purchase method.

How much does shipping cost?
United States Generally it will take 2-6 business days for a parcel to be delivered.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 USD.
For orders below $75 USD, there will be a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD.Canada
It will generally take 2-8 business days for a parcel to be delivered.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 CAD.
For orders below $75 CAD -
British Columbia: $4.99 CAD
Rest of Canada: $5.99 CADAustralia
We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 AUD. Orders below $75 AUD has a flat rate of $15 AUD. It is shipped by APC Priority and the average shipping time is 12-19 days.
International
We offer shipping to most countries excluding EU and a few remote areas. International shipping has a flat rate of $15 USD. The average shipping time varies depending on the location. It is generally 12-30 days.

How long will my order take?
Once an order is placed, it will take 2-3 business days to have it processed and engraved.
Orders within the United States or Canada should arrive within 2-8 business days.
Internatinal Shipping should take around 8-30 business days depending where you are located.
All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. -
How can I track my order?
You can track your order here . Your tracking code will be in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking info will generate a few days after an item has been shipped!

What do I do if I need to redirect my order?
Please make sure you submit the correct shipping address as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been shipped. We recommend contacting your local postal facility and see if they can redirect your mails and parcels for you.

Will there be customs duty?
There is normally no import tax or customs charge. However, in some rare cases where orders are being charged, customers are responsible for any import tax or customs charge incurred.
