Returns and Exchanges
Please note that all engraved items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns/exchanges. Only orders without engravings will be eligible for return or exchange.
Should you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order.
Unfortunately we will not be able to issue refunds for the following:
- Orders in which addresses are inputted incorrectly by the customer
- Orders in which engraving information is inputted incorrectly by the customer
- Products that are worn, washed, marked or damaged in any way
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees involved for returning items. It is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
