Absolutely! We are 100% committed to making you happy. While we make every effort to ensure your article arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things can happen.


If you discover a fault with the article(s) you have received, please email us right away at hello@sniffandbark.com.co with images of the defect. We will send a new one to you right away!

Please note that all engraved items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns/exchanges. Only orders without engravings will be eligible for return or exchange.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order. If items are eligible for returns, refunds will be made in the form of your original payment methods!
