Absolutely! We are 100% committed to making you happy. While we make every effort to ensure your article arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things can happen.

We want you and your pup to be thrilled with our products! However, there are a few exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Engraved items: These are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
2. Design preferences: We don’t accept returns or exchanges based on personal design preferences.
3. Multiple sizes for fitting: Please avoid ordering two sizes of the same item to try on. This makes it hard for our small business to manage returns. However, if you have sizing issues, we are more than happy to help you find the perfect fit.
For all other items, simply email us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co with your reason for returning within 100 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method. -
If your item doesn’t fit perfectly, reach out to us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co.
We’re here to help you find the right size. If the fit still isn’t right, we’ll send you a new size at no extra cost!
Note that for our harnesses, the neck adjustable area can go through the elastic band for a much tighter fit, and the waist area can be extended all the way to the end as well! -
If you discover a fault with the article(s) you have received, please email us right away at hello@sniffandbark.com.co with images of the defect. We will send a new one to you right away!
