Moving Our Operations

If you’ve been following us over the past weeks (or even years), you know how much care and effort we’ve put into improving shipping times and creating a better experience for you.

Over a year of research, planning, and negotiations went into our most recent fulfillment decision. At the time, I truly believed it was the right move. Unfortunately, it became clear that it was not.

Because of that, I made the decision to move our operations again — this time to a facility much closer to me, allowing for direct oversight and faster issue resolution. While this new location is farther from some of our West Coast customers, it puts us in a position to serve all of you better, more consistently, and with far greater accountability.

A move like this typically takes up to two weeks, including careful inventory counting, transportation, system integration, and training to ensure every order is handled and engraved correctly. As with any transition, unexpected challenges can arise, and I never want to make promises I can’t keep.

For that reason, we are setting shipping timelines conservatively — so that we can ship sooner than expected, not later.

I know waiting is not ideal. But I want you to know this:

Your order is now in better hands — even if it temporarily takes a little more time.
